Payment

You can pay for your order online by:
Most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit Cards.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your credit card details will be processed through our nominated handling company Paypoint.net who provide 'instant online ordering'. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You will receive order confirmation by email.

Delivery Rates

We offer a flat delivery rate of £2.95 on all orders (UK only). All orders over the value of £100 will be shipped free of charge!

Delivery Locations

We can only deliver to the United Kingdom (Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands). If you would like any orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us on +00 44 1208 814947 or coll@sandshop.co.uk

Usual Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receipt and dispatched by post, although please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the material is returned to us in perfect condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in. Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Please note, that due to hygiene reasons underwear and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Trade Description

Although we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the uniqueness and hand crafted nature of some of the products means that there may be slight variation in colour or size.
